How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want people who contact Containeddaily Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to make a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Containeddaily Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we matched you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship, and customer service. If you have trouble with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please let us know as well. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Containeddaily Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@containeddaily.garden and include:

  • Your name and a good way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help when a provider is licensed.
